About the Founder
Founded by Alexandra Valentín, a seasoned hospitality executive with more than 30 years of experience, Awaken Inner Courage guides leaders, teams, and organizations to rediscover their authentic power. For 23 years, Alexandra served with the iconic Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, ultimately as Corporate Director of Culture Transformation. During this time, she consulted Fortune 500 companies, delivered keynote presentations to over 10,000 leaders across the globe, and guided organizations in building values-driven cultures while elevating service excellence.
The Story Behind the Founder
Despite these successes, the relentless pace and pressure led Alexandra to severe burnout — a turning point that awakened a deeper path. Through mindfulness, meditation, and plant medicine practices, she healed, transformed, and discovered that real leadership is not learned only in boardrooms, but also in the stillness of the soul. What began as personal healing became a professional calling.
Today, Alexandra blends corporate leadership expertise with holistic wellness wisdom as a Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist, Transformation and Mindfulness Coach, and lifelong student of ancient traditions. She partners with entrepreneurs, executives, and organizations to cultivate mindful, human-centered cultures that foster resilience, connection, and purpose.
