Alchemy of a Leader™ is an 8-week immersive journey for leaders who sense that the way they’ve been leading no longer fits.

Inspired by Stanford University’s master’s level course Creativity in Business, and the work that later evolved into the Creative Insight Journey, this methodology has supported thousands of people in developing greater clarity, resilience, self awareness, and the ability to respond more intentionally under pressure.

Drawing from the Hero’s Journey, Alchemy of a Leader™ turns the attention inward to examine the patterns, assumptions, beliefs, and identities that quietly influence how we lead, make decisions, navigate uncertainty, and relate to others.

The program brings together leadership development, mindfulness, self awareness, and wisdom traditions in a practical experience designed to help leaders recognize what drives their behavior, challenge patterns that no longer serve them, and make more conscious choices about how they lead.

This is not about becoming a different person. It is about understanding yourself well enough that your leadership is no longer driven primarily by pressure, fear, habit, or the expectations of others.
